Our potential clients are all those, who decide to travel abroad for medical treatment. People who cannot afford the medical procedure they need in their country, people who have to wait long for their procedure, and all those whose country’s medicine has nothing to offer in order to improve their condition so they have to seek a global solution. How much do you charge for your services?

Answer:

Our services for arranging your travel are free of charge. Since we are official representatives of the hospitals and medical centers of our Network, all bills are paid directly to the hospitals, by a price list which is their standard for international patients (just like the one you would pay if you approached them directly), and sometimes you will even receive a discount because you were referred by us.

What do I have to do in order to receive a treatment estimate (quote)?

Answer:

All you have to do is send us your most up-to-date medical information regarding your condition. That includes medical history, imaging (CT, MRI, X-rays etc.), laboratory tests – everything you can. You can send this information in any way you prefer – email, fax, regular mail, international express post services. Then this information will be examined by specialists in the hospitals of your choice and you will be given the estimate.

How much time does it take you to come up with an estimate?

Answer:

Usually, it takes 3-4 days. In more complex cases, when an extensive international search is required, please allow 7-10 days. If the case is urgent, please inform us by checking the box “Urgent attention required” or mention in the email or fax. We will make an effort to give you the answer within 48 hours.

Do you assist in hotel and flights booking? Will there be interpreter available?

 

Answer:

We will make all necessary arrangements. We will book your flight, hotel room, arrange airport pickup, coordinate your treatment with the hospital – in short, we are with you always. Interpreter will not be required in most cases, since all our partners speak fluent English. However, if the patient has difficulties with the English language, he will be provided with an interpreter.

Will I need a visa to go abroad for treatment?

Answer:

Depending on the country you choose to go to and your citizenship there might be a need for a visa. We will assist you in obtaining one – you will receive an official invitation from the medical center of your choice, and we and our partners will coordinate all necessary steps with the embassy.

Is it possible to obtain an evaluation of my condition without leaving my country?

Answer:

Why don't you display prices for procedures on you website?

Answer:

First of all, since our coverage is so wide, displaying the prices for all procedures would be impossible. Second, the price estimates vary greatly, depending on the country and hospital, and most of all on patient's condition. It's easy to say that chemotherapy costs X dollars, and valve replacement costs Y dollars. But in the end there are many different types of both mentioned procedures, and the prices might be different. So we consider it highly unprofessional to display "general" prices. Upon receiving patient's current medical history, we will have specialists in the hospital of his/her choice examine it and then we give a quote, consisting of prices suited for the patient's individual condition.
